The first step (of course) is to have the idea. Once in mind, I plan out the chapter (or next series of pages) in sketches. This is mostly a loose guide for compositions, and where I jot down the flow of text. There's usually no point in spending tons of time on this step, as many panels change from the sketch to the finished form.
	Nextly, I draw the page in pencil. (I don't have a picture of that). Then I ink the page. I use Sharpie's, they're not full-on black and I like contrast between the drawing and the background of the page. (Plus I do a lot of inking while I'm at work.) After it's inked, I scan the picture into Photoshop- that's where I put in the words. The page is then uploaded, and html is written. and... Voila!
